Join a gym , play tennis or football , or simply go around for a walk .
Second is to drink a lot of water (A LOT ! )
this will not only make your skin Glow, but would also flush out all the toxins in your body .
Third is to eat right , you don't need to eat completely boiled food ,but its just that you need to ask yourself a question before eating anything , is it going to harm me ? and I am sure you can make your choice by yourself
Fourth is to be happy and don't get stressed .This may sound weird , but actually it works a lot !
the more happy you are , the more would your skin and hair be beautiful .
And also take needful of sleep (8 hours ) ,avoid too much television and computer , go for morning walks to take in some fresh air ,include lots of fiber in your diet ,eat loads of fruits and vegetables and smile ! : )
